Raina Léon’s Boogeyman Dawn Out on Tour

Friend of the West Coastish Salon and colleague, Dr. Raina J. León is the author of two collections of poetry, Canticle of Idols and Boogeyman Dawn, a founding editor of The Acentos Review and an assistant professor of education at Saint Mary’s College of California.

Boogeyman Dawn was published by Salmon Poetry.  The book sought to answer the questions:  What happens to the boogeyman when dawn comes?  Does he disappear into the darkness, or does he retreat into the darkness within us?  Check out the Salmon Poetry page for audio, video and some poem samples.
Now Boogeyman Dawn is available through US distribution with Dufour Editions!  Check out Amazon to buy a copy.  You can even rent one through eCampus! So for all you professors of creative writing, you can definitely bring it to your classrooms!
